- Processing Time: Most of our journals and workbooks are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Rates & Times: Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout on Etsy.
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Etsy to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
- International Shipping: We are proud to share our work globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Digital Downloads
- If you purchase any digital guides or workbooks, these are Instant Downloads.
- No physical product will be shipped for digital items, and they are typically non-refundable once the file has been accessed.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Damaged Items: If your journal or book arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to ensure a replacement is sent through the Etsy platform.
- Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, as we aim to process orders quickly.
- Change of Mind: Due to the sacred and personal nature of our journals and workbooks, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind.” However, your satisfaction is our priority—if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us.
